Sacred Strength

Refinement for your body. Reverence for your life.
A 7-Day Women’s Retreat in Costa Rica
April 4-10, 2027

We’re offering early-bird pricing to the first (5) sign-ups.

Offer ends June 1, 2026

Some things can only be remembered when you step away.

Life has been full. Busy.
Maybe even good—but constant.

There’s always something to respond to, tend to, think about, carry.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it…
you’ve gotten a little disconnected from yourself.

Not lost.
Just… quieted.

This retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise—
and remember her.

Imagine waking with the jungle.

The light slowly filters in as the world comes alive around you—
birds calling, monkeys moving through the trees,
a natural rhythm replacing the usual alarms.

The air is warm.
The sounds are alive.
And for once… there is nowhere you need to be.

You move slowly.
You have space to journal, to sit in silence, to simply exist without interruption.

You walk to the ocean as the day begins—
the sun rising, and something in you rising with it.

No rushing.
No performing.
No pressure to be anywhere other than exactly where you are.

Here, the rhythm is different.

The jungle wakes you.
The ocean moves beside you.
Your body begins to follow.

A slower pace.
One you can settle into.

There is space here.
And in that space—you begin to come back to yourself.

Welcome to Sacred Strength: Refinement for your body. Reverence for your life.

A 7-day immersive movement retreat for women ready to strengthen the body, soften the mind, and come home to themselves.

Set where the jungle meets the ocean on the Osa Peninsula, this experience is designed for nervous system recalibration, deeper embodiment, and a more grounded, spacious way of being.

This is not about escaping your life.
It’s about experiencing it differently.

Dr. Taryn Weil, OTD

Taryn is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, holistic life coach, and the founder of True Nature Collective. She supports women in reconnecting with themselves, gaining clarity, and moving forward with intention and self-trust.

Her work weaves together clinical expertise, trauma-informed practice, coaching, and lived experience, offering a grounded yet expansive approach to personal growth. Rooted in the understanding that how we live is shaped by the relationship between who we are, the environments we inhabit, and the choices we make, she guides women back to what feels true and aligned.

Taryn’s path has been richly nonlinear, including service in the Peace Corps and work across a range of clinical settings, as well as seasons of living and working around the country and abroad. These experiences shape the depth, humility, and realness she brings to her work.

Deeply influenced by her connection to nature, Taryn creates spaces that invite reflection, presence, and reconnection. Her work is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and build a life that feels as good as it looks.

Elise Mumford

Elise is a performer, choreographer, director, and movement educator based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. After years spent living in New York City, she fell in love with the Mountain West and relocated in 2020, drawn by a growing love of the outdoors and a strong sense of community. With a lifelong background in classical ballet, she brings artistry, discipline, and deep body awareness to her work.

Trained in the BASI Pilates method, Elise blends precision, flow, and mindful movement to help others build strength, alignment, and presence. Shaped by years of performance and choreography, her approach bridges the structure of dance with physical training.

Driven by joy and fueled by laughter, Elise creates an environment that is both grounded and expansive—inviting connection, play, and a deeper relationship to the body.

What We’re Creating

This space is intentional.

It’s for women who:

  • Wish to inhabit their body—not just move it

  • Know the power of stepping away to reset

  • Want to reconnect to pleasure and joy

  • Are ready for a slower, more grounded cadence of being

  • Desire meaningful connection and community

This is not performance.

It’s refinement.

Movement that strengthens and supports you from within—so you feel more integrated, capable, and trustworthy in your life.

Here, you attune to your body, your intuition, and your surroundings.

Less effort. More inhabiting.

The Experience

Each day holds a gentle rhythm—structure to support you, and spaciousness to let you breathe.

Mornings begin in quiet.
An encouraged silent hour to wake slowly and intentionally.

We’ll walk to the beach for meditation and reflection, allowing the natural world to guide us back into presence.

Followed by a group pilates class in an open air yoga shala where you will reconnect to your inner and outer strength.

Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through:

  • somatic and embodiment practices

  • journaling and reflection

  • sensory-based experiences through food, movement, and environment

  • meaningful, facilitated conversation

Evenings are available for restorative yoga or ritual—
gentle and grounded practices to integrate.

The day will conclude with a family-style dinner – an opportunity to engage your senses and connect more deeply.

You follow your flow. Everything is optional.
